Successful in defence of professional liability complaint
Cecilia Hoover of our Calgary office was recently successful in defending Dr. Tracey Tannis against a College of Naturopaths of Alberta complaint in the case of Ezekiel Collet. Ms. Hoover was successful in having the complaint fully dismissed.
