Successful defence in a professional liability trial
Dolden Wallace Folick’s Diana Dorey and Cody Mann successfully defended an orthodontist in a 3 ½ week jury trial in a professional negligence and battery action brought by a former patient. On December 14, 2016, the jury returned a verdict entirely in favour of the orthodontist and the action was dismissed.
