Partner Announcement
We are pleased to announce the addition of five new partners who have joined the partnership from our offices across the country.
Vancouver:
Amelia Staunton –Amelia specializes in the defence of complex bodily injury claims. Her practice includes claims arising from motor vehicle collisions, occupiers’ liability claims, commercial host liability, and sport and recreation injuries, as well as claims arising from dangerous or defective products.
Tom Newnham – Tom has a diverse practice including professional negligence, complex personal injury, liquor/commercial host liability, sports and recreation liability, transportation liability, products liability, subrogated claims and coverage matters.
Matthew Bujar –Matthew’s practice focuses on insurance defence litigation covering a wide variety of matters including personal injury, sports and recreational liability claims, liquor liability, professional liability, property damage and subrogated claims. Matt has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and has considerable court room experience.
Kelowna:
Brent Rentiers – Brent has been with Dolden Wallace Folick since early 2013, joining shortly after its Kelowna office opened. Brent handles litigation matters throughout British Columbia’s interior region. Brent’s insurance defence and coverage practice is wide ranging, including general liability, property and construction damage, professional negligence and commercial host liability.
Toronto:
Matthew Miller – Matt has been with Dolden Wallace Folick since our Toronto office opened in April 2013. He has extensive experience with claims involving catastrophic personal injury, occupiers’ liability and major construction losses. Matt has a special interest in commercial host (liquor) liability and he is regularly retained as defence counsel for some of Ontario’s largest security companies. He acts for both domestic and London Market insurers and provides educational seminars on a regular basis.
