Tara Etemadi (She/Her/Hers)
Tara Etemadi has been practicing law since 2019. Prior to joining Dolden, Tara was working at a prominent firm that specialized in insurance litigation in Toronto. Tara has represented clients before the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Divisional Court.
Tara has handled claims at all stages of the litigation process in areas such as: complex bodily injury claims, fraud claims, CGL claims, coverage issues in commercial general liability and historical sexual assault claims, construction, property damage, and occupiers’ liability.
Tara obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2018. While at the University of Windsor, she was an Associate Editor and an Executive Member of the Windsor Review of Legal Social Issues, she participated in the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Moot in 2017 and 2018, volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, and Windsor Law High School Outreach.
