Mostafa Elfakhani
Mostafa returns to Dolden Wallace Folick LLP as an Articled Student after successfully completing his Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University, where he was the Valedictorian of his class. Mostafa also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut with a minor in Theatre.
In his second year of law school, Mostafa worked as a Teaching Assistant and helped teach the Property Law course for first-year law students. Mostafa then spent the summer of 2023 at Dolden and was exposed to several practice areas such as construction, cyber security, and personal injury.
In his third year of law school, Mostafa volunteered at the Thompson Rivers University Community Legal Clinic to help provide legal help to members of the community that could not otherwise afford it. Mostafa was also selected to take part in Thompson Rivers University’s BC Law Schools Moot team, where Mostafa and his team took first place overall. Additionally, Mostafa received the highest-grade award for the Law and Film course offered at Thompson Rivers University.
