Mark Barrett
Mark received his Hons. B.A. (Summa Cum Laude) from McMaster University in 1986. He earned an M.A. from McMaster University in 1988 and his LL.B. at the University of Toronto in 1994. Mark was called to the Bar in 1996.
Prior to joining Dolden Wallace Folick, Mark was a partner at a Toronto litigation boutique law firm where he gained extensive experience in providing a wide range of insurance coverage advice and guidance and in defending a wide variety of insurance-related claims.

Mark provides insurance coverage advice and guidance to property and casualty insurers on a wide variety of claims.
Mark also litigates coverage disputes involving bodily injury and property damage liability claims, sexual abuse claims, first party property claims.
Mark also has acted in the defence of various errors and omissions, professional liability, products liability, personal injury and institutional sexual abuse claims.
