Manjot Parhar (She/Her)
Manjot Parhar is a lawyer at Dolden Wallace Folick LLP. She maintains a broad litigation practice, and routinely defends bodily injury claims, medical malpractice claims, professional liability claims, sexual abuse claims, and class actions in both the courts and administrative tribunals. She also has experience defending employment and human rights claims. Manjot takes pride in providing practical and cost-effective advice to her clients.
Manjot has appeared before the British Columbia courts, as well as various administrative tribunals and disciplinary bodies. She is a director of a local non-profit organization, West Coast LEAF. She is also a contributing author to CLEBC.

Bodily Injury
Manjot has defended complex bodily injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, sports and recreation incidents, and product defects. She has experience defending claims involving chronic pain, psychiatric injuries, orthopaedic injuries (including spinal cord injuries), and traumatic brain injuries, as well as conditions such as fibromyalgia, complex regional pain syndrome, and inclusion body mysositis.
Medical Malpractice
Manjot has defended dentists and veterinarians in civil matters involving negligence and breach of contract. In 2021, she successfully defended a dentist in a civil matter at trial.
Professional Liability
Manjot has defended various health professionals including, but not limited to, chiropractors, dentists, naturopathic physicians, occupational therapists, paramedics, veterinarians, and TCM practitioners before various disciplinary bodies.
Employment and Human Rights
Manjot has defended employers and institutions in civil claims involving wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, vicarious liability, and human rights breaches. She has appeared before the Employment Standards Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal, and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal.

Manjot has defended religious organizations, school boards, and non-profit organizations in matters involving civil sexual abuse.
