Jordyn Woycheshin
Jordyn initially joined the Calgary office as an articling student and continued on as an Associate after her call to the bar in 2022. Her insurance defence practice includes:
- Construction disputes
- Professional liability (regulatory & civil)
- Errors and omissions
- Property loss
- Coverage matters
- Cyber & privacy law (including breach coaching)
Jordyn has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench and the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan. She also facilitates settlements through alternative dispute resolution, including mediations.
