Jocelyn Lau joins Dolden Wallace Folick’s Vancouver office in 2025. Jocelyn’s litigation practice encompasses an array of insurance-related matters, including personal injury, occupiers’ liability, professional negligence, and product liability. She has appeared before the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia and is skilled in all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Jocelyn consistently strives to adopt a strategic, principled approach to resolving disputes efficiently and fairly, while continually refining her expertise and expanding her practice in the insurance sector.
