Emma Proulx Aggett (She/Her)
Emma returns to Dolden Wallace Folick LLP as an Articled Student following the completion of her Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa. Emma also holds an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Justice Studies from the University of Guelph and a Diploma in Community and Justice Services from Humber College.
Emma spent her 2L summer at Dolden, in 2022, gaining valuable exposure to areas such as personal injury, medical malpractice, professional liability claims, and class actions.
Prior to law school, Emma competed in several undergraduate mooting competitions and became the president of her undergraduate pre-law society. She continued mooting in her first year of law school where her and her partner won first place in the Walker Health Law moot.
