Emma Proulx Aggett (She/Her)
Emma returns to Dolden Wallace Folick LLP as an associate after the successful completion of her articles and being called to the Ontario Bar in 2024.
Emma completed her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa (Cum Laude) in 2023, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Justice Studies from the University of Guelph.
Emma competed in several undergraduate mooting competitions and became the president of her undergraduate pre-law society. She continued mooting in her first year of law school where her and her partner won first place in the Walker Health Law moot.
Emma has experience in various areas of litigation including personal injury, police misconduct, property damage, product liability, and occupiers’ liability.
