Dan joins Dolden Wallace Folick as an associate in the Toronto office. Prior to joining, Dan specialized in insurance defence at a prominent full service firm in downtown Toronto.

Dan has represented clients before the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Dan is a skilled litigator who has successfully handled a wide range of claims, including occupiers liability, product liability, property damage, commercial general liability, motor vehicle accidents, professional negligence, class actions, and municipal liability. Dan draws upon his background in the performing arts to craft a compelling and persuasive narrative for his clients, acting as a creative negotiator and advocate on their behalf.

Dan is also fluent in French.
