Catrina Foldessy (She/Her)
Catrina joined Dolden Wallace Folick’s Calgary office as an associate in January 2021 following the successful completion of her articles with the firm and her call to the Alberta Bar. Catrina has experience in practice areas including occupiers’ liability, personal injury, and property damage. Catrina has also been involved in our hospitality liquor liability and construction practice areas.
Catrina earned her B.A. from the University of Calgary before attending law school in the United Kingdom at the University of Birmingham where she earned her LL.B. While attending the University of Birmingham, Catrina volunteered with the Birmingham Law School’s Free Legal Advice Program, and acted as a Graduate Student Representative. Upon her return to Canada, Catrina earned her Masters degree in Common Law (LLM.CL) from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. During her time at Allard, Catrina volunteered with the Law Student Legal Advice Program as a student clinician where she regularly appeared in BC Provincial Court on behalf of clients.
When not working, Catrina enjoys cooking, camping, spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
