Andrez Belloso (He/Him)
Andrez is an associate at Dolden Wallace Folick’s Toronto office. He has exclusively practiced litigation since his call to the Ontario bar in 2019 and has represented a broad range of insured, self-insured and insurer clients within the Small Claims Court, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice and Licence Appeal Tribunal. Prior to joining Dolden, Andrez routinely handled bodily injury (arising from automobile accidents, occupiers’ liability claims and dog owners’ liability claims), property damage, subrogation, broker’s negligence, accident benefits and loss transfers matters at a prominent insurance defence boutique in Toronto.
EDUCATION
Andrez obtained both a Canadian Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and an American Juris Doctor from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2018. He was a co-chair of the External Outreach Committee and regularly volunteered as a caseworker at Community Legal Aid (“CLA”). He completed a summer internship at a renowned full-service firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. Andrez received book awards in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Comparative Legal Writing & Research, Family Law LFP, and Trial Practice LFP.
