Amy Stewart

Amy Stewart was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in June of 2014, after obtaining her law degree from the University of Victoria and her undergraduate degree from the Université de Moncton. She began her legal career with a full-service law firm in New Brunswick, where she enjoyed a busy litigation practice handling matters in both official languages at all stages of proceedings and before all levels of court.

In 2023, Amy obtained her Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, and she continues to enjoy a practice focused on insurance law since that time. Amy has experience handling coverage issues, subrogated actions, and claims involving commercial general liability, property, professional and product liability matters, among others.
