On May 16, 2012, Eric Dolden and Michael Libby presented to the Lloyd’s Market Association at the Lloyd’s Old Library in London, England. The topic of their presentation was “Canadian Policy Wordings: what changes you need to undertake in light of recent court decisions and the introduction of the IBC policy form”. The Old Library at Lloyd’s was packed full of attendees and their presentation was a resounding success.
