We have extensive experience in identifying and defending fraudulent claims, both first party and third party. We have established a practice of becoming involved in the investigation of suspect claims from the onset to assist in establishing an arson or fraud defence. Our experiences have resulted in close relationships with several special investigations units and arson investigators.
