Christina Lynn Parkes

Christina Lynn Parkes has been practicing law since 2009. Her practice focuses on insurance defence litigation, with extensive experience in complex loss handling, coverage evaluation, major claims litigation, and strategic advisory work for national insurers. She has acted as counsel on a wide range of matters and has managed claims at all stages of the litigation process.

Christina’s experience includes the defence of claims involving:

She has managed high‑value and technically complex claims, including major commercial losses exceeding $500,000, trucking and transportation matters, construction‑related disputes, and multi‑party litigation.

Christina has conducted discoveries, mediations, pre‑trials, motions, and trials before the Small Claims Court and Superior Court. She has also appeared before administrative tribunals, including the Landlord and Tenant Board and the Ontario Municipal Board.
