Mostafa Elfakhani
Mostafa joins Dolden Wallace Folick LLP as an associate following the completion of his articles at the firm. Mostafa has experience in several practice areas which include property damage, strata disputes, personal injury, construction, coverage, and human rights disputes. Mostafa has appeared before the BC Supreme Court and BC Provincial Court.
Mostafa completed his Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University, where he was the Valedictorian of his class. During law school, Mostafa worked as a Teaching Assistant for the first-year Property Law course, volunteered at the Thompson Rivers University Community Legal Clinic to help provide legal help to members of the community that could not otherwise afford it, and took part in Thompson Rivers University’s BC Law Schools Moot team, where Mostafa and his team took first place overall.
