Old Library of Lloyds packed full of attendees
On March 5, 2013, Eric Dolden presented to the Lloyd’s Market Association at the Lloyd’s Old Library in London, England. The topic was Cyber Liability in Canada. Eric Dolden reviewed the new legislation, canvassed the most recent case law that resulted in damages awards, and outlined claims trends emerging throughout Canada. The Old Library at Lloyd’s was packed full of attendees and the presentation was a resounding success.
