Robert Barnashuk
Robert’s insurance litigation practice primarily consists of property damage, professional negligence, occupier’s liability, personal injury, subrogation, strata disputes, and human rights disputes.
Robert previously practiced as a lawyer in the United States for over 10 years with extensive experience in insurance defence and personal injury litigation, primarily concerning automobile liability and premises liability. Robert continues to maintain licences in New York State and Washington State. Outside of work, Robert enjoys running, reading, collecting vinyl records, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
