Danielle Volpatti (She/Her)
Danielle joins Dolden Wallace Folick LLP as an associate following the completion of her articles at the firm. Danielle has experience in practice areas including personal injury, defamation, property damage, and commercial host liability. Danielle has appeared before the BC Supreme Court and BC Provincial Court.
Danielle completed her Juris Doctor at Thompson Rivers University where she received the Dean’s Course Prize in Insurance Law and earned a place on the Dean’s List for academic achievement. She also competed as an oralist in the 2021 Wilson Moot and served as a student editor for the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law.
Danielle also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
