Corinna Merry

Corinna joined Dolden Wallace Folick as an associate in 2021. Corinna’s practice focuses on insurance defence litigation, including personal injury, occupiers’ liability, employment practice liability, medical malpractice, professional liability, and property damage.

Prior to joining Dolden Wallace Folick, Corinna practiced at a top national firm, where she gained experience in a variety of areas including civil litigation, employment and labour, and privacy.

Corinna has advocated for clients at various stages of the litigation process including applications, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. She has assisted clients with matters before the Alberta Provincial Court and Court of Queen’s Bench, the Nunavut Court of Justice and Court of Appeal, as well as the BC Human Rights Tribunal and the Alberta Human Rights Commission.
