Christina Chini
Christina is an associate in Dolden Wallace Folick’s Toronto office. Prior to joining Dolden Wallace Folick, Christina articled and practiced insurance defence and general civil litigation at a prominent boutique litigation firm in Toronto. Christina has represented clients before the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Divisional Court.

OCUPPIERS’ LIABILITY
Christina regularly defends winter maintenance contractors, property and business owners, and bars/restaurants in personal injury claims arising from alleged breaches of the Occupiers’ Liability Act.
HOSPITALITY AND LIQUOUR LIABILITY
Christina has defended various restaurants, bars, and security companies in claims arising from the service of alcohol, forcible ejections, and assaults.
MEDICAL MALPRACTICE
Christina has experience representing medical professionals, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, and medi-spas in personal injury claims arising from allegations of professional negligence.
TRIBUNAL EXPERIENCE
Christina regularly defends employers, organizations, and corporations at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
PROPERTY AND CONSTRUCTION CLAIMS
Christina has experience in insurance defence litigation involving property damage, construction projects, faulty workmanship, and fire and water damage.
EDUCATION
Christina obtained a dual Juris Doctorate from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2018. While at law school, Christina worked as a teaching assistant in Legal Research and Writing.
