Liz Pan (She/Her)
Liz Pan has practiced law in British Columbia since 2015. Before joining Dolden, she practiced civil litigation at a boutique firm with a focus on insurance defence and personal injury claims.
Her practice includes motor vehicle and other negligence claims involving complex issues of liability, causation and damages. She has handled claims involving chronic pain, psychological injury, traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, past and future income loss, diminished earning capacity and future care.
Liz has conducted examinations for discovery, appeared on chambers applications, participated in mediations and settlement negotiations, and prepared matters for judge-alone and jury trials. She has extensive experience working with medical, rehabilitation, vocational, engineering and economic experts.
She has appeared in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and has handled matters before the Civil Resolution Tribunal and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal.
