Jolani joined Dolden Wallace Folick after successfully completing her articles with the in-house legal department of one of Canada’s largest property and casualty insurance companies. Jolani has experience in a broad range of insurance related matters, including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, property damage, construction and subrogation and has appeared before the BC Supreme Court and BC Provincial Court.

Before continuing her legal career in Canada, Jolani qualified as a lawyer in South Africa where she worked as in-house corporate counsel as an insurance underwriting manager, responsible for regulatory compliance and supporting the claim dispute process.
